What is the difference between a regular hotel room and a ';leisure'; room?

I am trying to book a room with Holiday Inn in Santa Barbara, CA. It gives me the option of having a regular hotel room or a ';leisure'; room. Both are listed with the same bed size. I can't find anywhere on the website that explains the difference. Any ideas?What is the difference between a regular hotel room and a ';leisure'; room?
