How can I start a Hotel in Chennai?

Hi, I am very much interested to start a small Vegetarian Restaurant in CHENNAI which seats about 20-30 people at a time and serves Breakfast, Lunch and dinner. My Capital would be about Rs. 5 lakhs. Is it possible within the said budget? Can anyone suggest how I should go about it? Should it be a Fastfood or a regular restaurant? Ideas and suggestions are most welcome. Thanks.
