What is the kind of hotel needs to be constructed near an airport?

hey guys, im planning to construct a hotel in the range of 3-4* and this would be close to international airport and away from city by 32kms.


do u think its worth constructing an hotel close by ?


please help me as im confused

Dont make star hotel instead make budget hotel for Domestic travellers by charging max Rs 1000 for one night as no body is going to stay more nights near by airport .I am sure your hotels will remain 100 % occupancyWhat is the kind of hotel needs to be constructed near an airport?
As it is nearby airport, you can get travellors and other customers connected with the airport. It should keep a standard good level so that most of your occupants can be foreigners. But it should be affordable as ordinary persons also have to stay.You should remember that as it is away from the city you will get more travellers other than ordinary occupants.
ofcourse its profitable to construct a hotel near airport as tourist n customers are in huge number there n also because of 2010 common wealth games in INDIA, if you wana construct a hotel near airport then facilities according to the foreigners must be kept in mind as most of your customers will be frm abroad. may be like international cuisine, english washrooms, swimming pool if possible and most important a good hospitality as they are v.sensitive to this.. all the best.
yes it is worth constructing a hotel near the airport as tourists really need stuff on their way into the city..any normal hotel will do..but see to it that u serve all the common kind of food and lots of packed fast foods
