How to properly throw a hotel party?

We're all seniors and my best friend and i are planning to throw a party at hotel on new years eve. We're inviting +30 people and just wondering if we can all fit in one room. There will be alcohol involved and were all gonna get smashed. How big are the biggest rooms in Hilton? And what are the chances of us getting caught?How to properly throw a hotel party?
sorry to break it to you but you will most definitely get caught! there is just no way 30+ seniors who are drunk are gonna confine themselves to a room and keep the noise level down. Why not just go to the beach or something. or find someone who can have the party at a house. maybe a ranch. How to properly throw a hotel party?
