As a hotel manager from the peninsula, I can tell you that you can get quite a selection of rooms with jacuzzi tubs in the bathroom, a few with the tub in the bedroom, and only about five rooms in the area with a tub in the room as well as an ocean view. The absolute best is the Tickle Pink Inn in Carmel Highlands. The pictures on the website are not an exaggeration.
The Old Monterey Inn have accommodations specific to the one you are looking for.
Try the Plaza on Cannery Row or the Portola on the Warf.
