What hotel has the cleanest jacuzzi tub at the best rate that is located inside you're room?

I also want to know if the water is already in the tub are do you run it? This is the first time I've ever did this and I'm doing it for my birthday next month I just want a Jacuzzi In an hotel room lit with candles and slow jams playing and just relax. Typically, the in-room ';jetted tubs'; (can't call them Jacuzzi tubs unless they are actually made by Jacuzzi Co.). are just oversized bathtubs with jets.





They won't have the water already in them, as they're not like the hot tubs you find by pools at a lot of hotels (where the water is treated with chlorine, etc.).
