Why should a hotel worker not live at the hotel they work at?

It's against the rules of the franchise for one, but what are some other good reasons?Why should a hotel worker not live at the hotel they work at?
Euhm, would you want to live in a hotel where you work in and have your boss running around and sht...Why should a hotel worker not live at the hotel they work at?
Also the hotel industry try to respect their customers as well. As most of the customers don't want to see a hotel staff who justed served them to sit and eat just next table to them in the same hotel! Same as the rooms/ other hotel facilities.
